To engage a target audience with our film trailer, I produced a poster that could relate to the key shots, messages and characters within the trailer. The advertisment of the film poster will distribute for a wider audience and therefore higher the profit of the trailer.
My poster will consist of a long shot of the abandoned house with the three main characters stood infront analysing what is to come inside of the house. On the poster will be captions of what was said in the trailer to engage the characters with the audience in a realistic view.
Below is a poster of the 1999 film, Blair Witch Project. This film poster in paticular relates to our trailer about being lost and not finding any way back. This poster creates dark and mysterious tension, especially of the long shot of the trees could really employ these scary effects of a horror film.
