Over the last few weeks, our media lessons have been constructed well through making film trailers. Our trailer is approved of a horror drama. A group of friends go camping into the woods where they find an abandoned house. Inside the house is red enlarged writing with 'spooky' words to scare them all. Alex is related as the main character within the scenes along side Molly, Jessica and Katie. Molly is the innocent,good girl who refuses to take one step into the abandoned house whereas, Katie and Jessica will. Alex is the first to step into the house into the unknown.
The trailer is processing together through the use of structured storyboards and script writing to annotate every scene. Within every scene will be diegetic sounds and voice overs to navigate the audience into the scene so that they are full of tension and fright.
The key features when producing our trailer will be costume,script and props. Every character within the scenes will have a different style of costume and these will represent their character. Mise en scene is a key element which the group has to think about as located in a 'wood' there will be dim colours so the characters need to be related to the scene with their costume and props.
